Basketball is a very physical sport. That is why the majority of players have a standard physical frame and skills. But there are some players that had certain set of abilities and the power of will to stand from others. Statistics show that these people were key their team success. As they developed in the game it became almost impossible putting an end to their streaks. Let’s see who these people are.
L.A ex-player Wilt Chamberlain was an important element to his team. Measuring 7’1” and weighting almost 300 pounds, he played the center position. The company NBA.com shows in their article “Legends profile: Wilt Chamberlain”, that in 32 games he managed to score 60 points or more. With an incredible performance he affirmed that he was offensive key to his team scoring 100 points. Also he was rebounding leader on his prime years. With 2 NBA championships Wilton Norman (Wilt Chamberlain) proved to be a legend to be remembered.
Following the road of legends we can find numerous list of players that putted their numbers at the boards. We can find a Magic Johnson, master of the ball management and dribbling. He is acknowledged as one of the best point guards in history for mentioned reasons and his ability passing the ball was almost unstoppable. The entity NBA.com informed that Magic Johnson averaged: 19.5 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game, 11.2 assists per game, and a field goal percentage of .520%. Unfortunately, Johnson contracted HIV at the end his career and couldn’t kept playing.
