repair. Nutrition can help us identify the foods that are bad for us. Nutrients
can help us in the diet with the various proteins, vitamins and many other
things that they contain. Exercise is a physical activity that is done to become
stronger and healthier. We can maintain a physical body in its best shape
trough exercise. Exercise and nutrition are key to achieve the health and body
you want.
Exercise can help you prevent weight gain and
help maintain
weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more
